Returns policy

 

Please follow the steps below to RETURN your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery:

  1. The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
  2. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
  3. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
  4. Returns must be packaged in the ANIMAMODA.COM original bag.
  5. Secure and close the return bag in a very surely way, attached the return label and arrange with DHL courier the pick up day.
  6. Pickups for all authorized returns with ANIMAMODA.COM’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, ANIMAMODA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the printed label.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

 

How we will refund you.

 

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

 

Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind.

 

If you are exercising your right to change your mind:

  • We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
  • The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

 

When your refund will be made.

 

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then:

  • If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
  • In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ANIMAMODA.COM.

Credit Card: the refunded amount will be available to clients around 10 days and within their next billing statement.
Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

PayPal: Transfer will be refunded to the original account in few days.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
